The 254-unit LEED Gold high-rise project in Arlington, Virginia is a mixed-use project with an environmental mission. Attention was paid to every aspect of the design process to ensure that all selections met not only the standards of the code, but more importantly the thoughtful considerations of the developer's corporate conservation vigilance. The over-9,000 square feet of amenities showcase a host of "cradle to cradle" renewable materials including reclaimed wood flooring, cork walls, low VOC paints throughout, and reclaimed wood textured wall paneling.
